1. Right to Return and Refund

Under Albanian consumer protection practices, you may return most physical goods purchased online within 2 calendar days from the date you receive the item, without giving a specific reason.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.

• You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or invoice).

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective upon delivery.

• If the return is approved, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 14 days of approval of the return.
